These GTC govern the contractual relationship between Soralya (“we,” “us”) and any person (“you” or “the customer”) wishing to make a purchase on the website Soralya.com.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day the customer consults it. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and representative photographs; however, minor variations may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs are added to the cart before order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is registered.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed after payment has been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with a customer or partial or total non-payment of a previous order.

6. Delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
